  • Who designs your planners?

    Every planner is 100% designed by us (Erin and Andrew) from scratch, right here in Melbourne. We don’t use templates or generic designs. Every layout, detail, and decision is thoughtfully crafted to be both beautiful and functional.

    What size are the fridge planners?

    What size are the fridge planners?Our A3 magnetic planners measure 297 mm x 420 mm - the perfect size for most standard fridge doors.

    Will the magnet stick to all fridges?

    Our planners are designed to stick to any magnetic surface. Some newer fridges (especially stainless steel ones) may have low-magnetic doors — if you’re unsure, we recommend testing your fridge with another magnet first.

    How do the planners work?

    Each planner is designed to be flexible, visual, and easy to use —whether you're tracking tasks, routines or monthly plans. For a full step-by-step guide (with tips on markers, magnets, and cleaning), check out our How It Works page.

    Where are your planners made?

    Our planners are proudly made in Melbourne using local, trusted suppliers. We work with FSC-certified printers and B Corp-certified packaging partners.

    How do I clean my planner?

    Use a whiteboard eraser or soft cloth.

    For more stubborn marks, a tiny bit of whiteboard cleaner or damp paper towel will do the trick.

    Why this planner over all the others?

    When we went looking for planners ourselves, we couldn’t find one that truly met our needs — or aligned with our values.

    Many lacked transparency about how or where they were made. That gap is what led us to create craetive.

    We know the full journey of our products, from design to delivery, and we’re proud to share that with our customers. If you care about thoughtful design, locally made goods, and ethical production, we hope our planners feel meaningfully different.

    Can I get a custom design?

    We don’t offer full custom designs yet, but we'd love to know what you’re looking for! Feel free to reach out and share your ideas.

    Why aren't you making XYZ Product?

    If there is something specific you are after, please let us know and we can consider creating this if there is adequate demand! Thanks. Please contact us!

  • How long will Shipping take?

    We ship Australia-wide (only)! Orders are typically dispatched within 2 – 4 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location.

    We use Australia Post for deliveries.

    Do you ship Internationally?

    No – sorry.

    To minimise our environmental impact, we currently ship within Australia only — reducing the footprint of long-distance deliveries. Thank you for understanding.

    What if I have an issue with my order?

    We're here to help! Please contact us and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

  • Why do your planners cost more than others?

    Our pricing reflects the quality materials, local production in Melbourne, and our commitment to sustainable practices. We believe in transparency and fair compensation for all involved in creating our products.

  • How have you considered the environment?

    We have made few small choices to try and reduce the impact of our products on the environment:

    • Printed locally in Melbourne by a Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified printing firm.

    • Shipped in eco-friendly mailers.

    • We’ve chosen not to include printed invoices in your parcel to reduce paper waste — all order details are emailed directly to you.

    • No pretty unnecessary packaging - we considered it, and it would be nice, but we feel this is an unnecessary use of paper and other materials.

    • To minimise our environmental impact, we currently ship within Australia only — reducing the footprint of long-distance deliveries.

    Is the magnetic whiteboard surface eco-friendly?

    We haven't yet found an Australian supplier for eco-friendly magnetic whiteboard surfaces, especially at A3 size. Laminating for write-ability also involves plastic, which isn't ideal. We’re working on better options and welcome suggestions.

    Have you used AI?

    We’ve used AI tools to help write some policy content (like Privacy or Terms of Service), but we know AI has environmental costs. We aim to limit its use and write the rest with care, by hand.

  • Who are the founders of craetive, and what inspired the brand?

    craetive was founded by Andrew and Erin, a tech-savvy couple from Melbourne who struggled to find planners that fit their needs and values.

    Frustrated with makeshift solutions like masking tape and sticky notes, they created - craetive to offer thoughtfully designed, locally made planners that help organise life with purpose and transparency.

    Why the name ‘craetive’

    The name ‘craetive’ is a blend of their names — a symbol of their shared journey and commitment.
