Shipping Policy
Australian Shipping
We currently delivery to Australia only.
Our postage carrier is Australia Post.
Shipping prices are:
Regular - $12.95 flat rate
Express - $15.00 flat rate
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Orders over $100 quality for free delivery, use the code FREESHIP at checkout.*
*Free shipping is for standard shipping. Customers may choose to upgrade to Express shipping at their own expense.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically shipped within 2 businesses days of purchase.
This excludes weekends and public holidays, or when otherwise specified. Processing times may be subject to change without prior notice.
International Shipping
To minimise our environmental impact, we currently ship within Australia only — reducing the footprint of long-distance deliveries. Thank you for understanding.
Returns & Refunds
We aim to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. As an Australian business, our returns and refunds policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as set by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Missing / Damaged Orders
Incorrect Address:
If an order is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please double-check that all details, including your shipping address, are accurate before submitting your order.
Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess the situation and arrange for a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Missing Orders:
We ship all orders via Australia Post with tracking, and most parcels arrive within their estimated delivery timeframe.
However, delays or issues can occasionally occur.
If your order hasn’t arrived:
First, check your tracking link (provided in your shipping confirmation email).
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with household members, neighbours, or your local post office.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit:
Please contact us at info@craetive.com.au within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and keep you updated throughout the process.
If Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.
Signature on Delivery
All orders are sent with Signature on Delivery required. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, Australia Post will typically leave a card and redirect your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.
This helps reduce the risk of lost or stolen parcels and ensures your order reaches you securely.
Please note: We are not responsible for parcels returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, we’re happy to resend it—additional shipping charges may apply.
General Shipping Information
Shipping Delays:
Occasionally, factors like weather events, high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas), or postal service delays may affect shipping times. While we do our best to meet estimated shipping windows, please allow for additional time in case of such events.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure your planner arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Please contact us at info@craetive.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping, based on your preference.
Incorrect Items Received
If you’ve received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible, at no extra cost.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@craetive.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
Pack the item securely and post it back to us.
Change of Mind
As a small business, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about a product.
