Our business operates from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. All transactions and shipments are conducted within Australia only.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., rural areas, weather events, etc.).

Peak periods such as Christmas and Boxing Day may also cause delays.

Once an order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected. Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect (and confirmed to be so upon return inspection).

If you're returning an item for the reasons outlined above, please keep evidence of your return shipping costs (e.g., a postage receipt) so we can reimburse you.

While we do our best to reflect current stock levels, from time to time a product marked as “in stock” may in fact be unavailable due to inventory discrepancies or high demand.
