Our A3 magnetic planners measure 297 mm x 420 mm - the perfect size for most standard fridge doors.

Our planners are designed to stick to any magnetic surface. Some newer fridges (especially stainless steel ones) may have low-magnetic doors — if you’re unsure, we recommend testing your fridge with another magnet first.

Our products are designed, printed, packaged and dispatched in Melbourne.

Our suppliers are also based in Melbourne.

The designs are printed on to 200 gsm satin paper, with eco-friendly ink. They are then laminated and backed on to a .8mm Overall Commercial Grade Magnet.

We ship Australia-wide (only)! Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location.

We use Australia Post for deliveries.

Simply wipe with a damp cloth or a whiteboard eraser.

There may be slight pricing differences between products to account for:

• The extra time taken to design the product, such as the illustrations within the ‘Snappy Days’ chore list.

• The item comes has additional pieces, such as the ‘Move It!’ planner.

We believe in transparency — our pricing reflects the quality of our materials, the time spent designing, and our commitment to working with local, eco-conscious vendors.

We know the full lifecycle of our products from design to delivery.

Knowledge is power in making better decisions and often the ‘true’ price of an item is markedly higher than what you might think. Whilst we all love a bargain, not purchasing locally, or being unwilling to pay the ‘true’ cost of an item, may (and arguably does) have significant effects on people and the planet.

We have made several decisions to try and minimise our impact on the environment. This includes selecting a printing firm that we believe implements conscious decisions around printing and operating (such as paper and ink choices) and a packaging company which has similar considerations.

Both these companies are currently located in Melbourne, Australia, reducing the transport time and cost (environmentally-wise) as compared to selecting another interstate or overseas option which would be financially cheaper for us (we have done the numbers).

Disclaimer: In the name of transparency - we did use an online AI model to assist in the phrasing and wording of selected website sections, such as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service policies. This is because wording matters - and specifically, these types of policies are outside our scope of knowledge.

We acknowledge that the use of AI to generate anything, is costly to the environment and the use of such tools, do not align with our long-term sustainability goals.

As such, we can assure you we will not be using an AI model in the long-term or an ongoing basis.

We have made few small choices to try and reduce the impact of our products on the environment:

• Printed locally in Melbourne by a Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified printing firm.

• Shipped in eco-friendly mailers.

• We’ve chosen not to include printed invoices in your parcel to reduce paper waste — all order details are emailed directly to you.

• No pretty unnecessary packaging - we considered it, and it would be nice, but we feel this is an unnecessary use of paper and other materials.

• To minimise our environmental impact, we currently ship within Australia only — reducing the footprint of long-distance deliveries.

Aren’t we just contributing to an already saturated planning and organising market?

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: yes - but…

When we were searching for planner(s) that suited our needs, we didn’t find one that aligned closely with our needs and values; or the companies had no transparency as to how and where the products were made.

This is the why behind our business craetive, which we feel aligns closer to our values. We also know the full product journey from creation to delivery and can explain that journey clearly to our consumers.

We hope this might help others who have similar interests and values and those who want to make deliberate and informed choices about their purchasing.

We were unable to find a supplier in Melbourne, or Australia that produced explicitly eco-friendly magnetics that you could write on with a whiteboard marker. We also faced challenges relating to the size of our products, being A3 this ruled out quite a few options.

We emailed multiple companies and ended up selecting an organisation we believe matches the closest to implementing sustainable printing practices, particularly in their paper and ink choices. However, we have been advised that the inks used at this company are eco-friendly.
